Welcome to Pro-Active Footcare. By booking or receiving services through our website, phone, or email, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

Pro-Active Footcare provides professional, medical-grade nursing footcare services delivered in-home, at residences, or in care facilities. Services are provided by a Registered Nurse and Certified Advanced Footcare Nurse.

2. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to provide accurate health information, disclose any medical conditions, and follow care recommendations as discussed during appointments. Please ensure a clean, safe space is available for in-home visits.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Emergencies happen at this time, clients will not be charged for cancellations.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed when booking.

5. Health & Safety

All services follow current infection prevention and control standards. Sterile instruments and single-use supplies are used for every client.

6. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure safe and effective care, Pro-Active Footcare and its staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services, except where prohibited by law.

7. Changes to Terms

Pro-Active Footcare reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
