At Pro-Active Footcare, we understand that schedules change and emergencies happen.

1. Cancellations

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. There is no cancellation fee at this time; however, advance notice is appreciated whenever possible.

2. Refunds

Because services are delivered in person, refunds are generally not applicable after care has been provided. If you experience any concerns with your service, please contact us. Your satisfaction and comfort are important to us.

3. Missed Appointments

If a client repeatedly cancels or misses appointments without notice, future bookings may require a deposit.
